Groundbreaking for New Maya Angelou PCS Campus

News—————5 June 2013

Groundbreaking has begun at the Maya Angelou Public Charter School Evans Campus in the District’s Capitol Heights neighborhood. In addition to providing space for the Maya Angelou PCS High School and the community-focused Young Adult Learning Center (YALC), the building will also provide offices for the See Forever Foundation staff, and will feature a renovated auditorium, media center, library, and gymnasium.
