In addition to taking home an award for our Gallaudet University Residence Hall renovations in the Better Living and Universal Design Category of Remodeling Magazine’s 2014 Awards, S27 also received an award in the Residence with Green Remodeling category for our residential project +2edison7. This home has garnered multiple certifications, including LEED Platinum and NAHB National Green Building Program Gold Level. It is also certified as an EPA Energy Star Home, EPA Indoor Air Quality Plus, and locally at Gold Level in the Arlington County Green Home Choice Award.
