Catalyst of Renewal: GeerHouse Development

Geerhouse is a new mixed use development in the thriving Geer Street neighborhood of downtown Durham, North Carolina. When completed, the two-phase project will feature 312, structured parking and 30,000 SF of retail and amenity space. With design focused on a community corridor of retail space an existing vibrant music club and the enhancement of an already lively streetscape, the new Geerhouse project will enhance and further the growth of this District and the City.
