GeerHouse Construction Progress Phase 1

This month marks the “topping out” of concrete work at Geerhouse. “Topping out” is a milestone in the construction process marking the completion of work at the highest level above grade. The concrete work at Geerhouse is “topping out” at the fifth story. This five-story concrete plinth houses the garage, retail, and amenity spaces that serve future residents. Above the concrete plinth, the remainder of the building will be constructed of wood.
