Bethan Llewellyn‑Yen, RA, LEED AP, is Studio Twenty Seven Architecture’s project manager and architect. She holds a Master of Arts in Housing & Urbanism from the Architectural Association School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. Bethan has worked in both academia and at Studio Twenty Seven Architecture and brings 20 years of experience working collaboratively in developing and delivering award-winning projects and research.  As a faculty associate at the Catholic University of America, Bethan developed architectural studios and seminars such as “Design Process and Methods,” “Urban Form, Type, Envelope,” and “Architecture and Global Urbanization” that focused on multi-scalar design reasoning. At Studio Twenty Seven, she provides strategic leadership and a holistic view of all aspects of the design process, from stakeholder engagement, site development, programming, construction tectonics, and detailing through project construction and delivery.
